DOCTOR Scott!! I owe you my life!!! For many years I was suffering under a doctor in Richmond hill!!! He medicated me and I didn't even need it, just so the lawyer could win the case. I was lost for 8 years straight, confused and broken... not a smile or God to be found. You helped me get off of them and now I am doing the best I have ever done. I want to thank doctor scott. He saved my life from what a doctor in Richmond Hill was doing to me. They put me on 6 medications of random things to destroy me. I am exactly a year and a half off of those medications and I am doing the best I have ever done. I am headed to university to better my life and I finally have a life back. Be careful when you get in a car accident. Everyone just cares about the money, not the victim. Thank you doctor scott again! Brandon

Shouldn’t have to wait 3 months to see my family doctor.

Dr Jones was always our Doctor until he retired and we loved him. We are now with Dr Norris and happy with our care. The admin and nurses are all very helpful and we are grateful to have the on call doctor when our daughter has been sick. Crossing our fingers for another Doctor to join the practice!

My doctor Dr. Schwindt is amazing, but I'm writing this review right now for the receptionists hoping something will be done/changed. I called in looking to get a same day emergency appointment as my mental health has absolutely crashed on me again, and in past when that has happened I have history of suicide attempts. I figured they would take it seriously, nope. I got told they could maybe do end of March just because there was a cancellation, otherwise they would be booking me into May. I asked about their same day appointments they offer, and got told that those appointments are for actual EMERGENCIES (she even nicely emphasized the actual EMERGENCIES part for me). I started crying and hung up for obvious reasons, because clearly the potential risk of my life wasn't important. I've spent the last 45 minutes since that call trying to calm myself down off that ledge so to speak. Dangerous and down right ignorant behavior on their part that could get someone killed in these mental health situations where even if they didn't know the full story (because who wants to express suicidal ideation over the phone to a stranger they aren't comfortable with) should not be acceptable.

The doctors, nurses, receptionists and medical are all great and responsive. It is very overloaded with needs and demands. The office interior got a much needed upgrade.

Excellent doctors, nurses, receptionists and medical staff. The Elmira Medical Clinic is a quaint, historic medical centre in the heart of Elmira that has a heart ten times the size it should be for the humanitarian care their staff provide. Just like every other doctors office, clinic and hospital nationwide, there may be a wait on hold or in the waiting room, and while you’re there you can see the updating they have worked on, which looks gorgeous! Thank you for the incredible standard of care you all provide to our family and the community.

Do you want to be treated like a business? Go here. Want to be treated like a human? Go somewhere else. Waste of time and money, their reception is deplorable. You’d have to be a robot to put up with their answering service.
