Absolutely love my new doctor. Dr Scott. He listens and understands my health concerns & has put me on the right path since he started. Love that he actually takes the time to listen, understand & writes down every detail so he/we can back track. As per the 3 stars - The reception desk needs some more assistance. A patient of yours should not be on hold for an hour. The office could use some updating as well.

I’ve personally never had any issues with the office, aside from their phones always being busy. They definitely could use another secretary for phones/booking appointments.It is a busy location, so definitely book an apt in advance. Currently wait times have been longer than usual, but they also have an emergency division if needed.

Update, my old doctor retired which is great because he wasnt taking any notes abkut my health. New doctoris really good so far, very detailed oriented and after feeling awful for years Im finally starting to feel better, I'm very happy here now with the mental and physical support I am receiving from my doctors office.
