Can never get through to try and get an appointment generally on hold for an hour then get disconnected this has been happening for years. They have a captivated audience and can provide poor service as they know you ha e no alternative.

They still function like they did 40 years ago. Darn near impossible to contact by phone and no website or online contact. Very annoying.

Can be difficult to get in and reception isn’t always the best but I’ve always received great attention from my doctor and can appreciate that.

Absolutely love my new doctor. Dr Scott. He listens and understands my health concerns & has put me on the right path since he started. Love that he actually takes the time to listen, understand & writes down every detail so he/we can back track. As per the 3 stars - The reception desk needs some more assistance. A patient of yours should not be on hold for an hour. The office could use some updating as well.

I've been on hold for an hour. I called yesterday and they said to make a call this morning as my health concerns are apparently emergent enough that I should be in sooner than a month.Now I'm stressed, on the phone, and not able to get any appointments booked for today.
