Called on a Wednesday close to 10pm and they picked up. Of the list of companies I called they were the only ones who picked up. Understandably certain larger companies operate during business hours only but Will picked up and answered all my questions, definitely a benefit of dealing with small growing businesses like this. I’m sure it isn’t their standard to always pick up in late hours but the fact he made an exception and did goes a long way. I was assisting a client of mine find someone to help with their roof raccoon intrusion, have passed his contact to them accordingly to deal with the matter. He also followed up same night with a text, great service so intend to keep his contact for any other clients of mine needing animal control. The pricing is amongst the fairest I’ve seen too, would highly recommend.

We had a saga of raccoons and other critters getting into our roof and attic. The Raccoon Guys came back a few times to ensure the critters got out okay with a one-way cage and that the hole was closed off effectively. They were super patient with our questions, came back an extra time when the critters had even gotten into the cage somehow, and were kind throughout. Can't recommend them more!

I started using Raccoon Guys since 4 years ago, in between we got the crazy pandemic and I am so happy that the small business operated by its owner Bill Smith survived and still growing. I have a lot of wild animals in my backyard, and had many issues and used other wild life removal services. In particular, there is a skunk family whose members consistently dug into underneath my storage shed, through multiple generations. Since Bill started working on this issue, he reinstated my confidence in small business. He has been always on time for our appointment, and he himself picked up my calls most of the times. When he is onsite, as that skunk family are quite smart, he always has new solutions to deal with the latest situation. Unlike other services vendor, they seemed to have only one trick which failed me in the past. He isn't an owner that just being nice to maintain the relationship with customers, he used his professional work quality and practicing integrity to maintain customers' trust. I am very much impressed by his reliable services and the quality of his service. I will recommend Bill and his Raccoon Guys service to anyone.

Do NOT use this company! The Raccoon Guys were efficient and inexpensive compared their competitors BUT they do not follow through to complete the agreed services once they are paid... and you must pay upfront. I hired Will, the owner, twice. About a year ago to remove squirrels from my attic and then, a few weeks ago... raccoons. Will gave me a 10-year guarantee on his squirrel work but he said it did not apply. I may be wrong but I didn't think a raccoon would be able to get into my attic if he properly sealed the opening to prevent squirrels from returning. Nevertheless, I agreed to pay him another $400 to "rent" a one-way gate so the raccoon could exit and to attach metal screening... again to prevent it's return (I don't understand why he didn't do that for the squirrels). Will told me he would return in a week to remove the gate and to reattach the eavestrough that the raccoon pulled off. Will has still not returned. The eavestrough is on the ground with nails sticking out of it. The downspout is not connected, so rain pours down my roof and over the front of my house like a waterfall. The insulation and wood shavings the raccoon pulled out of my attic are still a mess on the roof beside the gate he was supposed to remove. All of this is easily visible from the street... a disaster since I plan to sell my house soon. And I think I have squirrels again. I sent Will text messages and tried to phone him... no reply. To be fair, my tone was a little angry but I don't think that's an excuse to be irresponsible. Since I paid him in full, I have no recourse other than this review. If he returns to finish the work, I will provide an update.
