As this was my first ever full body massage, I was not sure what to expect. From the moment I got through the front door, I was welcomed by Candace in a very professional and friendly manner. From the filling out of the forms to introducing me to Sandra, my Massage Therapist. I found the treatment itself to be both relaxing and refreshing & Sandra to be very professional asking if she was applying too much or too little force or pressure, all the time explaining what she was going to do as she was doing it. Overall, a very enjoyable 1-hour experience, I have already booked my next Massage Therapy.
Have been going to this clinic for physio and massage therapy on and off for years now. Expert and friendly physiotherapists like Tenzin help me manage the various aches and pains over the years. Great physio assistants and receptionist that keep the place organized.
Jordan and Tenzin are first rate physiotherapists. I broke my elbow last year and had to undergo surgery. After that I dislocated my knee in an unrelated fall. The variety and pacing of the exercises I got here fixed me up close to 100%. Time and continued exercise at home will do the rest. I am very happy with the level of care I received.
