Water heater rental from Enercare stopped working, and I was very happy to get out of that contract. I called around, and Megacity had the most competative price, and best warranty, and they installed it latter that day. Couldn't be happier.
I found Megacity due to a search for heat pump rebates. Spoke to Tony who was very helpful and honest answering my questions/concerns I had. Tony and Dave came the next day to inspect the equipment and issues I was having, they made some recommendations. I was pleased with their honesty, they were not pushy nor pressure selling and decided to have my HVAC system replaced and the last minute added my 16 year old tankless water heater.
