Work quality was good and the repairs were completed as discussed. No issues with workmanship so far.

However, pricing was very close to dealership level, especially for labour and common repairs (brakes, wheel bearings, O2 sensor). As an independent shop, I expected a clearer cost advantage versus a Kia dealership, which wasn’t really there.

My advice to future customers: ask for labour rate upfront, and compare with dealer quotes before approving multiple jobs at once.

This is our go to place from now on. They are wonderful about accommodating our schedules for tire changes and their customer service is excellent. Today, we were having tire pressure issues. I was in and out in 30 mins with a quick fix at a minimal expense. I appreciate how the team here treats me and speaks to me in a kind and professional manner (this has not always been the case when I have gone to other garages/service centres). Highly recommend!
