I did not have a good experience snd I don’t need to go into detail why because it does not matter what the problem was. The reason why I give 5 stars is because they corrected whatever the issue was. They send a text after each appointment asking for feedback. This isn’t a google review thing it’s their own personal follow up which comes right after the appointment is finished. They read that I did not have good experience and immediately I got a phone call. They called to talk to me about it and wanted the opportunity to correct it.. which they did. “I wanted to leave a review for my recent experience at Hair Gone Rogue. I walked in a bit rogue myself, to have my head shaved due to a recent cancer diagnosis. I didn’t make an appointment , and sort of just gravitated there. It was a difficult and emotional day and Brian was so kind and empathetic to my experience. I guess it was fate because I learned they have programs that support AYA patients through the Princess Margaret Cancer Centre. I entered feeling very overwhelmed and left feeling very supported. She took the time to get the colour right which I really appreciate, especially after I tried MKH further west on St. Clair and the colourist picked the colour for me and shut me down when I said it was just a shade too dark and too flat for me. Josie took me seriously when I said I want a little red and she said ok but not too much! My hair looks like my natural colour, minus those pesky greys that have started creeping in.
