I had a very bad experience, they did not allow me to use my money in my account in different location. It does not make any sense at all that I can not use the gift card of same company in different locations, I had to pay more for the services I received, I am very disappointed and sad about it I spoke with the managers of Hand and stone, but no body helped me.

A franchised spa in a fairly lively shopping plaza in Eglinton snd Laird area. It is a better location than others in the franchise. There are ample parking and other shops. It is on the 2nd floor of the building and surprisingly spacious inside. Clean, with good decor, it uses Dermalogica products (a good line). Offers membership either reduced price for aesthetic services (massage, facial, etc.) With basic 50, 60..mins. Services offered, depending on the staff, can be a good, intensive massage or an average, ok one. Likewise facials, staff don't push products sale as customary in the industry. Members receive 20% off on products, which is helpful. RMT receipt for insurance is issued promptly, staff are very friendly and polite. There are water and small chocolate squares for snacks in the waiting room. Facility is well kept.

I had a massage today with Esther, and it was such a great experience. She made me feel comfortable and relaxed from start to finish. I really appreciated the small but thoughtful gestures—adding a pillow under my ankles and later placing an extra pillow under my head so I’d be fully comfortable. I’ve been here a few times before, but this is the first time I’ve experienced this level of care and attention. It truly made a difference and honestly made my day. I’ll definitely be booking with her again.

I have been going to Hand & Stone for massages ever since the location on Laird first opened (almost 10 years ago!) and I can confidently say I have literally never had a single negative experience. And since their turnover seems low, I have been able to book all of my appointments with the miracle worker I discovered many years ago. So if you’re looking for the best massage you’ve ever had, I would highly recommend going to see Kazi who magically knows exactly where he needs to focus and can somehow tell where other painful spots are hiding (including areas I wasn’t even aware of)!!!

The level of customer service I experienced here was incredible. There was a discrepancy with my membership and not only was it dealt with swiftly and with kindness, it was met with integrity and professionalism that is rarely seen in the customer service industry these days.
If you are looking to support a small family-owned business in a time where big box stores are dominating and frankly destroying what it means to provide excellent service to customers in a proper dignified way, please visit Hand and Stone Leaside. I promise you will leave relaxed and recharged.

Looking back over the past few years H&S Massage have always had my back - relaxed and pain-free! The service had been consistently prompt, courteous and friendly. It's a nice touch that they always give you a hot towel too at the end of a treatment. I've had massages with Matt and he has consistently been therapeutic. I've always left with less or no pain. I'm very active and it's nice to have an RMT who is knowledgeable about my minor sprains and tightness. He knows exactly the amount of pressure to apply to treat the pain of the day.
