From the sales visit from Patrick, to the installation of the new furnace, it was an absolute pleasure dealing with the fine people at Belyea Bros. The removal and installation of the new furnace was seamless, fast and professional. A+
When on Wednesday afternoon our water heater started leaking badly (and having a faulty shut-off valve), we quickly researched several Heating and Cooling companies and concluded that Belyea Brothers appeared to be noticeably above the rest. Lianna took our call and was very professional and helpful, taking down all our relevant information, and immediately arranging to get a sales associate, Steven, to work out the details of getting the new water heater the next morning.Promptly at 8:30 a.m. Thursday, Mike and Teddy arrived, and within a couple hours, had our new water heater installed and operating (along with new shut-off valves). Excellent customer service. Jameson was knowledgeable and super reliable; saw us through a quick and painless installation of an ac unit a couple of years ago. We called him right away when it was time to replace our furnace. Highly recommend these folks to anyone.Update: when I had an issue with a separate unit, I contacted Jameson by text and he called me immediately and said he could be at my house in 9 minutes! I’m sure luck played a role, but these folks are right on top of every issue I’ve ever brought to them. Top notch.
