“I’ve been going to this location for almost a year now, and I’m there nearly every day. I truly enjoy every visit.

I have a personal trainer, CJ and she is absolutely amazing. Her knowledge and the way she plans workouts are incredible. Even in just 30 minutes, her training feels like a full one-hour workout . intense, effective, and always well thought out. I’ve seen great results and always leave feeling motivated.

I also want to mention the front desk staff. especially one of the girls whose name I don’t know, but she is always so kind, approachable, and welcoming. She really helps create a positive and friendly environment from the moment you walk in.

Overall, this gym feels welcoming, professional, and motivating. I’m very happy here and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great gym experience.“
