Essential Healing Touch
“The massage and treatments are amazing, but healing truly is the best word to describe the experience. I always leave feeling refreshed, restored, and so much better. I look forward to every visit and highly recommend.”

Fit Physiotherapy Newmarket
“I can't say enough good things about Fit Physiotherapy. I came to them after wrist surgery, feeling pretty nervous about the whole recovery process, and they made it so much easier than I expected. From my very first visit, the staff were friendly and welcoming — it never felt like just another appointment, they actually remembered me and asked how I was doing each time.
My physiotherapist, Pankil, was fantastic. They really took the time to understand where I was in my recovery and adjusted my treatment plan as I improved. I always left sessions understanding why I was doing certain exercises, not just going through the motions, which honestly made me trust the process a lot more. Pankil's patience and encouragement kept me motivated even on the days I felt frustrated with my progress.
Thanks to their expertise and genuine care, I've regained strength and mobility in my wrist faster than I thought possible. If you're recovering from surgery or an injury, I'd absolutely recommend this team — they don't just treat you, they support you through the whole journey.”
