This was a great experience attending spectrum. All staff was professional and helpful. I went for physio and all my expectations were met. I felt confident leaving the office that the work will be done to get me back to 100%.

I had been struggling with pain in my ankle, legs and lower back for many years off and on. Two years ago, I started developing pain and stiffness in my ankles after evening walks. It worsened which led to some instability even while standing or climbing stairs. It was very disabling as I couldn’t go for walks. I had been treated but only locally, addressing the ankle stiffness.A friend suggested to see Paul who was treated by him for sciatica 14 years ago. I am glad for I got to the right place as he diagnosed the root cause being in my spine. Now I am being treated for it along with strengthening exercises.
