I get a monthly 'deep pressure' massage with a masseuse named Alek. His strong hands and knowledge of muscle structures have him loosening up all the knots in my shoulders and back! I carry so much shoulder/neck and upper back pain that I have to take muscle relaxers at times! 60 minutes of a deep pressure massage keeps me from needing the medication to loosen up my aches and pains! I instantly feel better and my muscles are so loose! It's incredible!
