This park is well-maintained and offers a beautiful country scenery, making it an ideal place for senior living. One of my grandmothers lived here for over 30 years, and my other grandmother still calls it home. I have so many fond childhood memories here, and I would highly recommend this park to anyone seeking a quiet, warm, welcoming, and well-kept place to call their forever home.

My mom has resided in the park for close to 4 decades, enjoying her home her, friendships made & the park itself as it is run very efficiently. Sadly, her health declined last year and she had to be placed in a LTC facility.
Since then, I have had to learn about the park, the rules, etc while getting mom's home prepared to sell. Carol Ann & John (the park owners) have been a tremendous help in this process. Without their guidance, I truly would be lost.
Neighbours have reached out to help me graciously, watching over mom's home when I'm not here, helping carry in renovation supplies, and even helping clean out snow when it became too much to keep up. I cannot...read full review

Well maintained and managed park. Located conveniently outside of Durham and a short drive to Hanover. Pleasant 55+ community of neighbours who look out for each other and take great pride in their homes and community.
