I called Urban Wildlife due to racoons in the attic. Keith came, assessed the situation and gave me a quote. I agreed and he set straight to work. The cost was so reasonable and he educates you on all the steps taken which was awesome. My mom has resided in the park for close to 4 decades, enjoying her home her, friendships made & the park itself, as it is run very efficiently. Sadly, her health declined last year and she had to be placed in a LTC facility.
Since then, I have had to learn about the park, the rules, etc while getting mom's home prepared to sell. Carol Ann & John (the park owners) have been a tremendous help in this process. Without their guidance, I truly would be lost.
Neighbours have reached out to help me graciously, watched over mom's home when I'm not here, helping carry in renovation supplies, and even helping clean out snow, when it became too much to keep up. I cannot thank everyone in this park enough for being such a wonderful, loving community, pulling together to help out their fellow neighbour. It's truly been a wonderful experience.
Possibly one day in the future, I may find myself owning a home here.
