I had been suffering with chronic lower back stiffness and discomfort for almost 2 years following successive back injuries and had made minor progress trying various treatments. Seeing Dr Prosia represented a massive improvement in my quality of life. Having gone through his own challenges with his lower back, he was able to provide invaluable support in guiding me through the recovery process which included spinal decompression, ART, adjustments and a variety of exercises for me to do at home. I cannot recommend him highly enough.
