I saw Jeffs shop online. Went there to check out the business. Jeff was polite and courteous and asked how he could help. I had an AC issue. I asked if I need an appointment for that, answer, yes usually. I thought he was going to book me an appointment, he asked me to pop the hood. 20 minutes later, the problem was resolved, and I was on my way. Excellent service at a reasonable cost.
