My Toyota RAV4 had some issues and the Eccles Team spent several days installing new parts. They were able to get things in order but after picking up the car, there was a new squeak. The team worked hard to find the cause of the squeak and never gave up when it proved difficult to eliminate. Ultimately, they fixed the squeak and my car is driving well now. Not many Automotive business would work that hard to make sure they’ve solved the problem and I’m grateful they didn’t give up when I did. Thank you, Eccles Team!

Appointment for service work carried out, also I added a request to work on the ABS warning system, loaner car requested & provided, allowing for any extra work required. Quoted prices were bang on and all work was completed on time, we live on the west mountain but it's always worth the extra drive over to Eccles as they are that good. Update: had to return a few days later, due to noise from exhaust system, but unrelated to any work just completed, they did a road test & inspection and found several bolts rotted out on the catalytic convertor flanges, repaired same day at minimum cost, I think they saved me a big bill if anything had fallen off!! Thanks Eccles front… read full review

Did the work, charged a fair price, despite the modern setup and pictures of all potential issues which I was ready to dislike from an automotive industry which I think of as more rough and tumble equating honesty; i wasn't pressured into more work and I know the things I should get looked at next and now I know where i won't hesitate to go back to, would recommend
