Got an hair cut from the Great clips days ago, the two ladies working there are very nice and friendly, she did a great job cutting my hair, would definitely come back in the future ?

Edit to previous review: After hearing of my daughters experience at the salon the owner reach out to me. She was very polite, apologetic and wanting to make things right for my daughter. She recut her hair, asking the right questions to make sure we got what we were looking for. I would recommend great clips after our experience.
I took my daughter, who had been begging to get her hair cut for months to great clips waterdown. i had a bad hair cut from one of the hairdresser. left me with a bald spot on my head and charge me for a full cut? i contacted there head office . they were great i contacted Victoria she fixed and blended my haircut to match. she was great i will go back there Victoria really look after me
