The environment and atmosphere at Bend are like no other - fantastic classes delivered by knowledgeable and passionate instructors, but made even better by the tight knit and welcoming community. Its easy to step out of your comfort zone with such an incredible team behind you, I cannot recommend Bend enough!

This is the absolute best studio I have ever been to. I signed up on a whim for a Cyclone class Jan 1, 2024 and have been going weekly since then. Joanne and the whole Bend team are amazing humans who have created a welcoming, fun and encouraging community. If you're looking to step out of your comfort zone and try something new, this is the place!
