Arcana Windows and Doors did an excellent job replacing all of my main floor windows. The installation team was efficient, detail-oriented, and made sure everything was fitted perfectly. It was an extremely hot day, but they continued to work hard without slowing down. I am so pleased with my new windows the difference is truly amazing. I would highly recommend Arcana to anyone looking for quality work and a dedicated team.

We had windows installed on a three storey century old house with a few unique and challenging features. Our journey started with Jay who came over and took the time to measure all the windows with accuracy and proficiency. He is a very knowledgeable and experienced gentleman. Alannah, the Project Consultant and Scheduling Coordinator, was extremely accommodating and scheduled the work to meet out needs. She was also very patient and took the time to answer all my questions and offer answers in a very timely fashion. We had an amazing experience with Arcana Windows from start to finish! We recently replaced our front door and all the arch windows at the front of our house. Alannah was extremely helpful with the style and colour of our new door and we couldn’t be happier. They were also the only company that would guarantee the reinstallation of our existing California shutters. From the measurements and recommendations through to the install and follow up. I would not hesitate to recommend Arcana.
