I brought my car to Joe for a quick estimate on a minor bumper repair. He was so down to earth that instead of charging me $100+ he told me it was a simple repair and explained how to do it. Just by doing that he has gained a customer for life, next time I need actual auto body repair I will not hesitate to go see Joe. I will also recommend him to anyone who is seeking repair. I've used Greg and his team for 3 renos in my home. He does excellent work. He's punctual, professional, and always communicates with me on daily progress. He cleans up at each day's end and makes sure I'm happy with the results. He's conscious of me working from home if it will be noisy or if the power or water needs to be turned off for a short period of time. I've never been disappointed with the results!

I hadn't had a proper haircut in a salon for a few years because of Covid. I was lucky enough to get an appointment right away at this salon. The entire staff is very friendly and my particular stylist, Maria, went above and beyond the call of duty. My hair was in rough shape but I left very happy. The experience was the best right from entering the door to a pleasant greeting, to a great shampoo and head massage to an exacting haircut my stylist, Maria. I'm a senior and we can sometime be handful with persnickety requests but Maria was very kind and accomodating. Some operators become dismissive with us grey haired old foxes, but Maria was nothing but helpful and obliging and made this a old girl very happy. The price is right and I'll be back!

I went to a different salon in August and asked the hairdresser for more layers, even showing her a photo of my previous short, layered haircut. Unfortunately, I was very disappointed with the results - my hair looked boxy and uneven, without any natural layers. They also booked me with an “advanced stylist,” which I never requested. I only wanted a simple butterfly-style layered cut, but my hair ended up poorly shaped and misaligned.
I then booked an appointment at Hot Head Salon last Tuesday, and it was the best decision I've made! The hairdresser, who is also the owner, Brooke C, understood exactly what I wanted and gave me the perfect butterfly haircut. My hair now looks beautifully natural, soft, and layered - exactly how I hoped it would.

The groomers here are the best! I brought my pomeranian Mitsu here and I have no complaints. My Mitsu had a bow tie on when I picked him up which made him look more handsome before I brought him to a Seniors home to give them love. Sweet touch! They are professional and exceptional with their services. I sure will come back here for all my dog’s grooming needs.
