We recently hired Upscale Painting to paint our dated dark wood kitchen cabinets. We couldn’t be happier with the results. They responded very quickly to our online inquiry and came to do an on-site estimate shortly after. They were very efficient in getting started. On day one, on-site prep was underway and cabinets removed and brought to their shop. The on-site painters were extremely professional with hardly any disruption to our daily routine. Site was cleaned at end of day allowing us to use our kitchen. Final results exceeded our expectations. As an added bonus, doing business with the Smiths was a very pleasant experience. In August 2025, I visited Techy for a phone repair for my sister’s device, which had stopped working. My sister has special needs, and her phone is her primary means of communication, so this was a critical issue for us. I worked with Ali, who was incredibly professional and accommodating. He was in the middle of another repair but offered to text me when he was done, allowing me to run errands. True to his word, he reached out promptly. Unfortunately, the phone was beyond repair, but Ali graciously offered to apply the repair cost toward a replacement phone in stock. At the time, I didn’t see a suitable option for my sister, so I told him I’d think it over. Ali reassured me that they frequently get new inventory and to come back anytime. We returned in October—life got in the way, so it was later than planned. We found an affordable phone that met my sister’s needs, but we hit a snag when it wouldn’t connect to Wi-Fi, and we discovered a new AT&T SIM card was needed. The AT&T store was unhelpful, but I managed to get a SIM. Back at Techy, Ali went above and beyond, tirelessly troubleshooting to get the phone connected. This kind of setup work isn’t even part of their services—they focus on repairs and sales—yet Ali’s dedication made all the difference, asking for nothing more than our gratitude. I wholeheartedly recommend Techy, Ali, and his team. They are knowledgeable, fair, solution-oriented, and truly go the extra mile for their customers. I have been going to CHOP since they first opened! Andrea is amazing! I don't stray far from the hair colour I've had forever, but she gets it perfect everytime! She knows exactly what I want, and what I don't want (but what I think I do want haha, like cutting my hair in a moment of weakness ?)...also, her prices, compared to a lot of other places, are extremely reasonable!I would highly recommend CHOP to anyone looking for a change (in hairdresser, or in hair colour/cut).

Emily is the best hair dresser you will find in cornwall. She did my hair coloring and did an excellent job. She was very detailed and knows exactly how to work with hair. She gave me a beautiful hair cut as well. I have been getting lot of compliments for my hair coloring and I am loving it.
Christian is a great barber who really puts his passion and incredible knowledge to work with every single cut. Highly recommend this place. 11/10

I made a manicure appointment a couple of weeks ago with Erin who is a fairly new staff member at the Spa. She did an excellent job with my nails! Her work was precise, careful and professional. The shellac nail treatment laster 12 days before one of the nails had a small chip which I think is really good! She was also really nice and approachable. Another staff member Kayla Émond has also done my nails many times and she always does top notch work! The spa offers the client a cup of tea and a small treat which made me feel relaxed and pampered. Thank you!
I just left the studio with my brand new belly button piercing! Where to begin! The price was AMAZING! 56$! I’m unbelievably happy with how skilled the piercer is! (Virginia) she really took the extra time to make sure I was completely aligned, and I was perfectly still, not to mention, she opened shop JUST for me, her replies are immediate and helpful, she was soft and sweet with her directions and tips, she offered me healing advice and really talked to me through the whole process, it was quick and COMPLETELY PAINLESS. You can really tell she has years under her belt in piercing.. she has the hands of a surgeon.. I walked in nervous and unsure, I left feeling 100% more confident, in NO pain at ALL! and no huge dent in my checking account! I highly HIGHLY recommend the skin within for your piercing.. clean is an understatement for the studio itself! I’ve never seen such a clean sweet smelling tattoo parlour in my life! Run don’t walk to this shop! (Side note: she said if I was ever in need of tips or assistance she was just a call away and she’d take care of me! The nicest woman!!)

Adam is a true professional with great attention to detail. He was punctual and took the time to trouble shoot another issue in our household that warranted a professional's opinion. Our original service call was completed in a manner which rectified the issue and Adam's price was very fair too. I would recommend Adam and his team without hesitation!

My experience with Shelly was absolutely amazing❤️? My boy has always been nervous at bath time and I’ve been told that people refuse to bathe him. Shelly took her time, and even sent me a video during his visit to show me how much of a good boy he was! 10/10 would recommend ⭐️

I’ve had a hard time finding a groomer who gives my mini cockapoo the haircut I want, but Kortney was amazing! In the winter, I find the constant playing in the snow can make it tougher to keep up with tangles that accumulate in Jasper’s curly coat, but she was super patient and found the perfect length for him. He still looks like himself, and I feel such a sense of relief knowing I don’t have to wait months for his hair to grow back because the cut was so off. Highly recommend—we’ll definitely be back! ☺️
We just had our dog Walter groomed by Sam, and I can’t say enough great things! Sam did an absolutely amazing job—Walter looks and feels fantastic. His coat is soft, perfectly trimmed, and he came home happy and relaxed. Sam was gentle, professional, and clearly cared about making the experience as stress-free as possible. We brought our 12 year-old mini dachsie to The Groomery for the 1st time after Millie & I moved here in January. She relaxed in Marcel's arms right away, which is most unusual because she's a nervous little pupper. She wasn't upset at all when we picked her up, and now she looks and smells so sweet & adorable. Thank you, we'll definitely bring her back for all her future spa days!

I've been getting my massages here for over 15 years. Coralee is excellent and really listens to you and what you need. The fact that the massage therapy room is in her home in the basement really helps you relax as you are not surrounded by people and other clients. It is very relaxing! She is GREAT !
