Required their services yesterday...I must say that I was very impressed. Andre, a nice fellow, showed up within an hour and fixed the lock on my door. Highly recommend, double thumbs up!

A hero in a SUV! Celebrating my birthday, ordered pizza and shepherd (yes, the dog) locked me out (swear he has thumbs). Calling everyone for help and no answer... thankfully they had an after hours/emergency number! André said he'd "be awhile" as he needed to go pick up the work vehicle--I'm thinking 2-3 hours... Nope: just 30 minutes! I was still crying and laughing at myself when he showed up. Tomorrow, they are back to re-key the entire house, something that had been on the list for awhile. I kept saying thank you and he kept saying that's what they are there for. Still... THANK YOU!

Super experience! I wasn't very confident that Kim's would be able to make a key for my old car, but they were able to use the ignition and door lock to create new keys!After dropping off the locks I wasn't even home when they called and said it was done, and the price was even less than originally quoted! The owner even asked for a more difficult challenge next time! :)Amazing service, thanks so much!
