Mitch was very knowledgeable and took the time to speak to me on the phone for 30 minutes and answer any questions i had, he was very responsive to texts and kept his scheduled appointment time which was an important part of the plan.

Nick Walker treated the exterior of our house today. He was amazing to deal with. Prior to beginning the work, Nick explained the entire process before beginning and answered all questions. Nick's professionalism and workmanship are outstanding! We will definitely refer Nick and Rentokil to family and friends.

We had Nick Walker in our office yesterday filling in for another colleague. Not only did he come in and speak with us to find out what has been going on around the property but to see if there was anything more we may be needing. His customer service skills were outstanding, he was kind, explained exactly what he would be completing today, and he said that he would reach out to a higher up about something we spoke about, and he followed through with it when he said he would.
