Thank you for diagnosing the problem at my elderly moms home...although it wasn't your rental equipment causing the issue.

I've been with Reliance for 11 years at my own home and they've always been top notch.
Had my a/c inspected by relience service man by the name of Dan. He did his inspection and I received the bad news that the a/c is pooched and I will require a new one. This unit was installed in 1991.I figured that I would have to wait for awhile but Dan got on his phone and contacted Allen Cameron to do a job appraisal and he was here in a couple of hours, he checked the house windows and stuff to determine the correct unit then we talked about my 25 yr old furnace and suggested it be replaced, both units were energy eaters. From my initial consultation with Alex, we chose the perfect generator from my whole house needs! Alex made the process easy and explained the overall cost as well as the equipment to be installed! An installation date was sent to me via email and the installation crew showed up on time to complete all necessary installations of the equipment for our new Generac Generator. The guys were top notch and very professional! Thanks Reliance! No more power outages??
