“I'm really new to this whole Sleep Apnea experience. The Sleep Clinic gave me a sheet with four venders I can choose from to get my CPAP machine from. I decided to go with someone local so If I had questions or needed support they were right there. My pick was ProResp. Going in to this place I told them who I was, what I was there for and the receptionist was able to set me up with an appointment with a nurse to go over my choices, get me sized correctly and teach me about my new machine. I was able to pick the day and the time which was nice because they were flexible. Going in on the day of my appointment I struggled a bit but ProResp was able to assist me with the process, answer any questions I had, show me how to use the equipment, present me with the options for what I can use and I was on my way. The first night was a bit of a struggle for getting it fit right but you better believe that ProResp was right there to give me support for my concerns and immediately correct it. I am honestly very grateful with the support I received from ProResp and I am looking forward to sharing my experience with people I know who are also in the process of discovering that they too have sleep apnea.
