We visited for the first time to get my daughter's earlobes re pierced. Sarah was amazing, she was able to open two sets of previous piercings without having to re pierce them at all!

Very bad service. Staff was rude and unprofessional. Staff was dealing with people coming after me and not focusing on me.
Unprofessional staff. Owner have to take this seriously.

If you are not Canadian and non white, Dont expect much of an interaction or any service at this location. They will just ignore you, yeah this one lady was nice when I first walked in and told me to have a seat. I was there before my appointment and they started serving a ‘white girl’ who came after me. The lady even made tiny eye contact with me and i could tell she didn’t want to serve me at all. And then proceeded to call the girl who came after me and who probably had appointment in some time. The environment felt not so good, quite racist, I’d say. 🙂

I had my hair washed and styled here for an event. The staff was nice and I appreciated that they fit me into their schedule. The hair wash was minimal - took a minute or two - with no conditioning or product afterwards. My hairstyle looked nice and I had lots of compliments over the night! It was done much more quickly than I am used to and I was in and out in maybe a half hour or so. I added a bit more hairspray afterwards but the style stayed in place over the evening, despite dancing. Definitely a reasonable price (though more than initially quoted). They didn't tell me that they only take cash, which would have been nice to know when booking as this is unusual these days & many don't carry cash.Service: Updos
