No one likes having to make a no-heat call in February. But E.N. Blue made it as painless as possible. They returned my message immediately, set a service call, showed up exactly when they said they would, explained the process, and had the necessary parts in stock. Furnace was back up and running the same day. They also discussed options for the eventual replacement of my ancient system with no pressure. Trustworthy and solid service.

Recently moved into our house which has ancient HVAC. Needed to update the hot water tank and as soon as I got in touch with them, everything was smooth. The communication with Rachel was prompt and clear, they provide all the information you will need to make a decision. The inspection was quick and thorough and everything was explained to me. The install was highly professional and as expected. They came back for a follow up for a concern I had and quickly found the non-issue issue which helped me sleep better at night.
