“Blackforest came highly recommended by a cousin who was in the kitchen renovation business. We had significant damage from a windstorm on our roof and upper decking. Blackforest exceeded our expectations in their attention to quality, problem solving, and actively involving us in choosing and finalizing the look and feel of the new roof and garage. Based on that experience, we asked them to redo our kitchen ( last redone in 1997). Again, quality, attention to detail, and listening to our aspirations for the look and feel of a radical upgrade (knocking out the wall between dining room and kitchen) were hallmarks of a second terrific experience. Their suggestions and follow-through were best in class. In summary: highly skilled, excellent listening and following through, top quality/value and amazing customer focus.
