I had the pleasure of meeting Claude. He was professional, courteous, and very knowledgeable. I had an in-home consultation with Claude. He came prepared and answered my 10,000 questions with clarity. Most importantly, Claude did not try to upsell me or push the most expensive product, but recommended stones and colors based on his wealth of experience that best suited my inquiries!
After that, I had a good number of email exchanges, asking question, requesting new quote, all of which Claude answered promptly. I 'm proud to say I adore my Kitchen countertop, Color is Oro Brezza 2CM. The installers were very polite, professional, and they did an amazing job!! I recommend this business for there terrific team from the beginning to the end they are just amazing!
A company that lacks organization and communication.
First installation date is a Friday. I write an email to an associate the Tuesday before to find out what the time slot is. I was told that in the end they did not receive the material so it will be postponed for at least 3 weeks (it happens, it's correct).
Second installation date: the measurements are not right and a piece is damaged so they have to start again. Installation delivered two weeks later (once again it happens, I understand).
