“We purchased a plug and play hot tub from Above and Beyond and when the tub was going to take longer than anticipated to arrive, they delivered their floor model to us and installed it in our backyard (which is a walkout basement so not an easy task!) At no fault of their own, it did not work once hooked up, but they came out many times to try to get it up and running for us. When that didn’t work, they stayed on the manufacturer to get our tub as soon as possible. We did end up having a few issues with the tub, but each time, they sent their trusty tech out to help us out and get it back up and running.
Fast forward 2 years- the shell had a crack in it causing it to leak. The manufacturer only offered to give us a new one at a pretty hefty price tag, in my opinion. They again sent out their tech to try to remedy the issue to keep it up and running until we could come to a resolve with the manufacturer.
Cindy went above and beyond to advocate for us with the manufacturer and was able to get us a new tub and even offered to cover the shipping costs and offered to deliver and take the other one away at no cost to us.
It’s not often you find a company that is willing to go to battle for you, but Cindy and her team has done that and so much more for us. I can’t recommend them enough for all your hot tub and pool needs!“
