Glenn, their technician, is fantastic. He takes the time to explain everything, answer questions, and make sure you have exactly what you need so you’re not making multiple trips back and forth. His knowledge and willingness to help really stand out.

I use them still to open my pool an close it in the fall. This will probably be the last year I use them. I have a cover over a above ground pool and they use to go the extra mile an pump the dirty water from it but now they cut corners, they say oh we give you a new kit to clear your water but it is just some pucks an shock which you can get at canadian tire for 20 bucks. Like I said, before they were good, now the guys are told to get it all done in an hour. For the price they charge it is not good service. We have been using their snow plowing services this year, and are so happy with their work! It has been such a relief to wake up to a plowed driveway so I can head out with ease. Cant recommend them enough!
