We came home after being away all weekend to find our furnace wasn’t working. Kal came to our place right away and couldn’t have been more friendly and knowledgeable! He laid out the details of our issue and fixed it instantly. I couldn’t recommend him more and hope anyone who has a cooling or heating issue won’t hesitate to call City Heating and Cooling :)
We had an occasional gas smell in our furnace room and a technician came within 2 hours later to take a look at it. He gave us a few pointers on the care of our furnace and pipes which were very helpful to us.
i called City Heating Cooling, regarding my furnace not heating and the technician was friendly and professional. much to my relief it turned out that it was not the furnace but the thermostat.He replaced it right away. I was very pleased with the service and costs and I would definitely recommend this company to anyone.
