After a terrible experience with a different technician earlier in the day at a different company, I had an excellent experience with Jambreeze.
The previous technician said that the part I needed would probably be $2500+ and was rude to both me and my wife, but wanting anything to do with him I called Jambreeze.
Joe came over around 6:00pm, was very nice, and said that the part should definitely be covered under warranty, and that he would look into getting it the next day.
Unfortunately due to scheduling issues I ended up getting the final install from a different company, but this experience was highly positive.
