No heat coming from furnace, I called on Sunday Oct 4th and a technician came and fixed something in the furnace, that night still no heat brrrrr, called again Oct 5th am, sent another tech. Discovered it’s the thermostat, he ordered a new one, and I do have heat now. They will inform me when the new one will be installed.

I called into Reliance Home Comfort and spoke with Sabrina, who scheduled my Service appointment for the next day. Jasvinder called prior to arrival, showed up within the timeframe, and troubleshooting my furnace. He was able to get it working, however, once he left it shut down again. He didn’t hesitate to come back in and go over everything again. We’ve determined the issue and I am thankful for the guidance!
