We took our 4-year-old small girl to Dr. Silveira for the very first time, and it was such a pleasant experience for my partner, me, and most importantly, our dog. She is adopted and, due to her past, she is quite anxious and fearful.
Dr. Silveira is the first vet we’ve encountered who took the extra, extra time to comfort our girl before anything else. Our girl’s mood remained stable and not as nervous because Dr. Silveira and this clinic uses a “fear-free” method. I have been going to Bay Cities with our pets since the early 1970's. Always great care, interested and helpful staff. Dr. Manson is terrific as well as Renata and the rest of the support staff. Photo of Cookie...a stray we took in.
We took our cat here for the first time for a due annual visit and had an amazing experience! From the phone call to the appointment itself: front desk was very helpful and patient when I couldn’t find some needed information right away.
In the appointment itself, the doctor was very caring, attentive and patient. Explained everything in detail and answered all our questions with patience and kindness. The doctor followed up with us as soon as possible to check how our cat was doing after the vaccines. I am very happy with the experience we had.
