I went into yesterday and unfortunately had a pretty bad experience with an obviously new barber. During the haircut, he dropped a comb on the floor, left it there, then later quickly dipped it in disinfectant and used it on my hair, which was honestly concerning from a hygiene standpoint. On top of that, he didn’t style my hair at all and I left with it still soaking wet.
At first, I was just going to let it go and not come back or say anything, but once my hair dried I realized how uneven and choppy the cut actually was—my sideburns were uneven, the back was rough, and my bangs were completely butchered.
I ended up going back the next day and had Derek fix it. Given how bad the original cut was, I knew I was asking for a miracle, but Derek did an excellent job cleaning it up and making it look presentable again. I really appreciate the effort he put in to fix someone else’s mistakes.
I’m not naming the first barber because he was clearly very new, but he made a lot of basic mistakes that shouldn’t happen. I hope the shop takes the time to properly train him so this doesn’t happen to other customers.
Overall, a frustrating experience at first, but Derek’s professionalism definitely helped turn things around. Big shoutout to Derek and the rest of the staff who helped make this experience better Ill give 5 stars to Derek as he did a great job fixing it and he is a true professional

My boyfriend gets his hair cut here. They do such a great job! He always looks great. He's asked for a few different styles, and each time they've been able to come through.

I was a little worried about coming this afternoon after reading some of the negative reviews. Ederlyn and Christina put my fears to rest. I just moved to Burlington from Barrie. I’ve already found my new hair salon.

My hubby was in desperate need of a glow up so I brought him here and his stylist was Chris. Chris gave him a really nice haircut and also an eyebrow wax. My husband said he also liked the neck massage and all in all was an amazing experience my husband came out looking hot. 🔥🤣
