I took the vehicle in for a timing belt and water pump replacement, and it took a little longer than expected to finish, but to ensure customer satisfaction, they spent all afternoon into the evening on a Saturday to work on my vehicle when they should have been closed at 2pm and already enjoying their evenings.
The appreciation I feel towards not only the mechanic that worked on my vehicle for hours after close, but also to the owner of the garage for having stayed all this extra time just to make sure my vehicle was finished properly, exceeds any sort of expectation any customer should have. I wish i could have given them a sixth star, as they would have been deserving of it.

I am new to the area and went to Speedy couple of times for different issues and their response and service has been outstanding each time. They were very accommodating and provided a fair and honest service. I will highly recommend Speedy to everyone. Their personal touch in addition to professional service is unique and a rare experience.

Had an unexpected coolant leak leading to an overheating engine on a weekend. Not only was Speedy open, but able to have me bring the car in same day to drop it off before closing to be able to have a look at it first thing Monday morning. As with previous experience at this Speedy, customer service exceeds expectations, along with timely work and fair prices. Having had bad work done and over priced quotes from previous dealerships, Speedy is my go to for any repair work needed on my car. Cannot say enough good things about the quality of work and customer service experience. Would recommend them to anyone for any sort of work to be done. Have now had new tires purchased from them, my breaks done, and just now my coolant system repaired all with no issue and fair pricing. Arguably the best mechanic shop in Burlington and lucky to have them around to save me from a couple unfortunate car situations.
