Zahra was meticulous in her inspection of the problem, repaired all the outlining issues both inside and outside and cleaned up after herself. She was courteous and answered all questions. Reliance is fortunate to have Zahra as a member of their team. The workplace was left impeccably clean once the work was completed. Thank you for a job well done!
John, service technician, was excellent. Took the time to explain things to me thoroughly, made suggestions - not pushy, competed all the work timely and thoroughly, and found some issues to be corrected. He is the first and only reliance technician I have trusted. Note - he also did the water heater installation a couple months ago and I would have the same positive feedback on his work!
My yearly service call with Mohammed was excellent!! He looked over my water heater and made some very good and informative. Suggestions for me. He also inspected my furnace for the year and did an excellent job. He went through all the readings with me and explained a lot about the upkeep of my furnace.
