My absolute favourite place to unwind and get an incredible workout. From the moment you walk in, you feel the calming energy. Every single instructor makes you feel genuinely welcome and at home, no matter your level. The classes are challenging in the best way! You leave feeling stronger, clearer, and completely reset. It’s more than just a workout; it’s an experience I look forward to every time. Highly recommend to anyone looking to move, sweat, and recharge.
PYC Burlington is nothing short of a second Home. It gives you that feeling like Cheers where you walk through the door and somehow everyone knows your name! Aneta and her team have curated the best place to connect, find community, move, engage, release, breathe and simply be. If you have ever considered a visit, think no more. Hopefully see you on a mat soon!
Truly a welcoming and warm space to come into. Power Yoga Burlington is filled with loving and caring people. The teachers and staff all bring everything they have to the studio to give the best experience and support possible. The space itself is gorgeous and calming, with inspiration everywhere. It truly feels like a second home, the people you meet here will treat you with kindness and love. I am both proud and extremely grateful to be a part of this community. ?
