Wow! Just Wow! I had a shellac polish change done and upon applying the new colour and matte top coat there was a pin hole in one of my nails. Not only did they try to fix it a couple times, she asked for help and had a colleague come to completely take it off and start again. Team work at its best. No ego, nothing, just working together to make sure I loved my nails. Which I do. Thank you for the extra care and time that took. It means a lot. I felt valued and not just another customer. I have been going to Nail Shop to see Tina for many years now. She is a true professional, always does beautiful work, and is also just a very kind and patient person. The owners Michael and Amy as well as the rest of the team are all also wonderful and highly skilled at what they do.
