Wow! Just Wow! I had a shellac polish change done and upon applying the new colour and matte top coat there was a pin hole in one of my nails. Not only did they try to fix it a couple times, she asked for help and had a colleague come to completely take it off and start again. Team work at its best. No ego, nothing, just working together to make sure I loved my nails. Which I do. Thank you for the extra care and time that took. It means a lot. I felt valued and not just another customer. The owners Michael and Amy as well as the rest of the team are all also wonderful and highly skilled at what they do. Tracey is always yapping/gossiping about customers and giving them the evil eye, nails often break lately, if you have anything custom done like hologram or ombre they give such a hard time to fix and complain about the clean up. They are also hypocrites that point out when you are late but if you show up on time you always have to wait and THEY are always late getting to you.Services: Pedicure

Had a shellac manicure here. Wasn’t the greatest job. When I went back to get the shellac removed the woman burned my nails constantly and completely ruined them. They’re torn apart, painful and look horrible.Hate this place and the service.Horrible.Would never go back.Will never recommend this place to anyone.Service: Manicures
