MOLLY MAID Burlington/Oakville/Waterdown

I'm really greatly highly disappointed it was our first time to look for cleaning service to our house and it was our first experience with your company and it will be the last time ever ever in the future I am so really disappointed and I will never recommend it to any of my friends or even neighborhood

We were initially very hesitant to use Molly Maid, thinking they would be expensive and might not deliver exactly what we were looking for. We were preparing our house for sale, and since it was completely empty, we needed a thorough, top-to-bottom clean.

They did an excellent job. The kitchen cabinets looked like new again, the bathrooms were spotless, and everything, from railings and floors to high and low dusting, was done with great attention to detail. They even cleaned both the inside and outside of all cabinetry. Overall, the work was outstanding.

There was one small area where a floor didn’t quite meet the same standard as the rest, but after a quick call, they immediately addressed it and made sure it was brought up to expectations without any hassle.

They were friendly, punctual, and professional, and most importantly, they delivered exactly what they promised. On top of that, they turned out to be more cost-effective than I expected—even compared to private cleaners.

I would highly recommend their service.

Nice ladies and very professional management

We hired Molly made services to clean our home yesterday. We can't say how pleased we are. Both ladies were professional, detail-oriented and fast. Our house is sparkling clean. Would very highly recommend their services.

I had such a wonderful experience having Kayla and Claudia here. At 9 months pregnant this was the greatest decision I made. I needed a deep thorough clean and they delivered above and beyond. They were very kind and professional and worked hard. I will absolutely be booking them again soon!

I had a terrible experience with Molly Maid for a move in cleaning. Two cleaners arrived one of them was limping due to an injured leg. It was clear they were not ready to do a thorough job. To add to the frustration one of them had real bad attitude. The overall service was unprofessional and left me disappointed. Had to redo the kitchen due to lack of detailed cleaning. I made a complain but never heard back. I expected better and won't be using their services again.

I’ve had Molly Maid over twice and plan on hiring them again based on the phenomenal job they do! The team I had not only cleaned my space incredibly well but were also kind and lovely to chat to!

The two ladies we had clean our home were lovely and very thorough .They were very careful when moving any articles and they were quite swift. They made my day and also my doggie Feebee”s
Would highly recommend , and I especially like that you don’t have to commit to monthly cleaning.
Just call when you need and specify what you want done.

Today we had Michelle and Brianna clean our condo for the first time using Molly Maid. We didn’t know what to expect, but we were pleasantly surprised with how much cleaner everything looks. The two ladies had an amazing eye for details, I came home to them working in different parts of the home, vacuuming the living room and mopping and one cleaning in our kitchen, even shook out our rugs. Everything’s sparkling, I don’t see any dust anywhere, the baseboards look great, the bathroom looks new again. They let me know areas that they worked on and had great communication skills, friendly, and clean up well after themselves. Will definitely recommend and have them follow up next clean for us :) some areas I checked like window sills, vents, under the bathroom floater sink and toilets and all areas were thoroughly cleaned.
