Bringing my console in and talking to him again, I got every description of how they would go about diagnoses and repair, with a friendly and caring presentation by Abdul. Although, their technicians could not handle me right away he gave me what turned out to be a very firm and reliable delivery of my returned, repaired console, at exactly the right price quoted, less a few dollars. My machine was nicely cleaned up as Abdul promised and starting it up, I could see it was running more efficiently than ever. Highly recommended with no reservations.“
