Arguably the best therapeutic massages in Halton region. I mainly have worked with Sophie over last few years who provides not only a strong and healing massage, but she also provides tips and techniques to stay pain free and flexible between sessions. In addition, other therapists I have tried are also very good professionals who deliver relaxing and healing massage therapy. I would strongly recommend Limnos Wellness - clean and relaxing environment with convenient hours and location.

Sophie is the real deal. I had a stiff neck and sore back and Sophie's strong hands and Chinese massage techniques fixed it. She can feel where you have tightness and target those spots. I have had massages for 20+ years and no one has ever fixed my aches and pains like Sophie has. So glad that I found her! I'll be back for sure.

I walked in with a sore lower back. I decided to get acupuncture, at first I was a little afraid but Sophie was calm and explained things very well. Acupuncture helped reduce the pain I was in. Sophie recommended a few exercise to help loosen the tight muscles I've had. I would recommend anyone to go try their services.
