I was showered a few things before the fully got started and I was aware but also shocked at how bad I had let it get to. Cleared, cleaned and disinfected. Everything put back into place. A very good experience! KW were easy to contact (and text back and forth even), and very easy going with the changes to our appointment that I had to make. Very professional work, quick but thorough, friendly service. The price was very fair, we took advantage of the winter sale. I will call them again in three years!
