Booked a 1 on 1 session with Dr. Ohson because I was stuck. I train hard, eat clean, and was still plateauing. Instead of throwing a generic program at me, he spent the full hour asking detailed questions about my training, recovery, and nutrition. By the end he pinpointed the exact issue: I was under eating for my output. Nobody else caught that. It sounds simple but it took someone who actually knows what to ask and listens to the answers. If you feel like you're doing everything right and still not progressing, book a session with Dr. Ohson. Worth every dollar.
T is the best! I had an issue with my ankle that I couldn’t get rid of. After a few appointments with T it was so much better, and now I have no pain at all.
