I contacted Hartek Pro for a repair on my cooker and overall I’m satisfied with the service. It took a bit of time to schedule the visit, but once the technician arrived, he knew what he was doing and explained the issue clearly.
The repair was done properly and my cooker has been working fine since then. The pricing was fair, not the cheapest but reasonable for the work done. Communication could be a little better, but nothing too serious.
Overall, a decent experience and I’d consider using them again if needed.

Paul has a very professional attitude. I have contacted Paul for, what I thought was, a burned out heating oven element. Paul arrived a couple of hours later and confirmed the broken heating element but also identified a short circuit in the control panel. Considering that the range was over 20 years old, and that the cost of replacement parts would have been around $1,000, Paul recommended the purchase of a new range. I strongly recommend Paul's service
